The property extendson an  area of ​​approximately six 3 hectares and is made from the ancient barn, an imposing stone building skillfully restored,  and manor house.

The two apartments available to guests are completely independent.

The property is surrounded by a beautiful and large garden with trees, lawn and flowers, for the exclusive use of guests of the house. There is also a barbecue available for funny  outdoor grills.
Below the property there is a beautiful swimming pool (10 x 5 m, 1.40 m deep) surrounded by sun loungers, umbrellas and furniture garden.There is a useful outdoor shower near the swimming pool. The garden surrounding the pool offers a wide area whre you can relax or  play with children.

The furniture of the house are rustic, as the ancient Tuscan tradition. As usual for the local architecture, the floors are made of terracotta bricks, the ceilings are partly made of wooden beams, and there are portions of the wall made of stone. The apartments have satellite TV and WiFi.
Accessible only from the outside and at disposal of both apartments there is a laundry area with a washing machine.

The first  apartment (about 70 m2) is located on the ground floor. It is composed of 3 rooms, overlooking the pool. The entrance is directly from the garden to the living room where there is a nice fireplace, a sofa, and a dining area with open kitchen with kitchenette (4 burners, oven, fridge / freezer, coffee machine). In the sleeping area a double bed and a twin bedroom (on request the beds can be joined together). 1 bathroom with shower. In the garden in front of the house there is a dining table for apartment guests use only.

The second apartment (about 110 m2) consists of a ground floor and a 1st floor (slope). The entrance is through a nice covered terrace where there is also a dining table with chairs.
The living area has a nice sofa bed and a beautiful view of the garden and pool, as well as the surrounding nature. This room leads to the kitchen (4 burners, oven, fridge / freezer, coffee machine) with dining area. Outside the kitchen, a nice balcony. Upstairs a double bedroom and 2 twin beds (upon your request beds can be joined). 1 bathroom with shower.

It is possible to rent both of the apartments for up to 10 guests. But the apartments are totally independent and not connected to each other.
Access to the property is via a private road about 150 meters, including 50 m of gravel.
